The AETM K 12 Conference returns to ICC Sydney on Wednesday 2 September 2026, bringing together AV and EdTech professionals who work at the heart of Australia’s school environments. What began as a side event has rapidly become a must attend forum, reflecting the growing scale and sophistication of K 12 AV.
Designed specifically for those who manage, design and support audiovisual systems in schools, the conference delivers practical, real world insights you won’t find elsewhere. Past programs have featured school led case studies, honest perspectives from in house AV teams, and discussions around campus wide audio systems, video production and large scale project delivery.
Attendees consistently rate the networking opportunities as one of the event’s biggest strengths – a rare chance to connect with peers facing similar challenges, share hard won lessons, and leave inspired with ideas you can put into action.
The 2026 program builds on this momentum with a focused half day agenda, practical outcomes, and time to network before heading onto the Integrate Expo floor.
If you work in education AV, this is an event worth putting in your calendar early.
The Audiovisual and Educational Technology Management (AETM) Association connects AV and educational technology professionals across the Asia/Pacific region. Formed in 2001, AETM facilitates knowledge sharing, training and professional development among its members — primarily tertiary education institutions managing AV systems across more than 10,000 teaching spaces serving over a million students. The association also brings together AV integrators, product and service suppliers through its annual national conference and discussion forum.
