Get interactive with Hitachi

Imagine a virtually maintenance-free laser projector with approximately 20,000 hours of operation time. With no lamp to replace, Hitachi's new Ultra Short Throw LASER Projector range provides a dramatic reduction in total cost of ownership.

This new range of ultra-short throw laser projectors are ideally suited for producing up to 130” images in limited spaces and are specifically designed to meet the diverse needs of business people and educators. The projectors are easy to install and flexible to use allowing you to project onto any existing whiteboard or wall.

Hitachi pioneered the concept of what are today commonly know as Ultra Short Throw projectors using a series of mirrors and some clever engineering to produce a projector which solved three fundamental challenges for educators and presenters everywhere:

  1. Eliminate eye glare: Standing in front of a room, addressing an audience also means being in direct path of a projector light beam, not the best idea for people who need to do this regularly. An ultra-short throw projector places you in front of the light beam, meaning no sore eyes anymore!
  2. Decrease screen shadows: Similarly when a presenter gestures to visual content or interacts with the image, traditional projectors would cast a large shadow across the screen, blocking the content. Ultra short throw projectors solve this problem by creating a relatively shadow-free area around the content you’re gesturing or interacting with.
  3. Small rooms, large images: Typically, a small room was doomed to every only be able to have a tiny image if the projection was required. However, with an ultra short throw projector, that is no longer the case. A Hitachi ultra short throw projector can produce an 80” screen size from less than 55cm from the screen.

The new laser phosphor light source offers approximately 20,000 hours (of normal mode) of operation time and is virtually maintenance free!

With five other models of ultra short throw projectors to choose from, you’re bound to find the right solution to define the future for your business.

Hitachi will be launching their range of highly innovative 3LCD ultra-short-throw laser projectors – LPTW4001 (interactive) & LPAW4001 (non-interactive) on Stand G14 at Integrate 2018. They will also be offering all visitors free Japanese Whiskey Tasting, a selection of Japanese canapes and Japanese beers.
