Introducing the d&b Soundscape: the evolution of the listening experience.

Combining d&b loudspeaker systems with state-of-the-art processing power, object-based mixing and sophisticated room emulation, d&b Soundscape is a toolkit to enable the creation of an unparalleled listening experience.

“The d&b Soundscape is “sound as you feel it, sound as you see it, sound as it is meant to be heard”. Attendees at this year’s Integrate Sydney will have the opportunity to experience this in person during the d&b Soundscape sessions at International Convention Centre Sydney, Room E3.6, Level 3, from 22 to 24 August 2018.

Powered by the DS100 Signal Engine, a revolutionary audio system processor based on a powerful Dante enabled signal matrix, the d&b Soundscape provides unparalleled creativity through its two software modules En-Scene and En-Space.

Each day of the show, d&b will run multiple demo sessions and demonstrate the evolution of sound systems. Fully exploring the concepts of sources and spaces in loudspeaker system design with the d&b Soundscape and the DS100 signal engine.

The team will deconstruct audio content from a number of typical live event scenarios, and through automation of sound objects, recreate them in d&b Soundscape; the traditional theatre, a small gig, Verdi’s AIDA from the Sydney Opera House, and how an experimental sound artist was able to manipulate spatial audio in a live environment using their own unique performance technology.”

The concept of source and space will be examined – and experienced.
