Michael Mead

Michael Mead is Head of Client Services at Pro AV Solutions, bringing extensive experience across AV system design, integration, video conferencing and client-facing technology services. Michael has held several senior technical and service roles within Pro AV Solutions, including Head of Design, Senior Solutions Architect and Manager. This gives him a strong end-to-end view of how AV environments are designed, deployed, supported and improved over time.
For this session, Michael brings a practical perspective on the shift from one-off technology projects to ongoing service-led outcomes. His experience across design, delivery and client services gives him a clear understanding of what it takes to make AVaaS work in the real world – from operational readiness and support models to performance, user experience and long-term value for customers.
