With over 15 years in the industry at Diversified, Dylan serves as Team Lead – Commissioning – WA, specialising in the delivery of complex audio-visual and media systems.
Dylan began his career in installation before transitioning into commissioning, where he has spent the past 11 years leading system validation, optimisation, and project handover across large-scale deployments. He brings strong technical expertise in AV integration, networked systems, and broadcast workflows, alongside a focus on team leadership and consistent delivery standards.
His project experience spans major developments across Western Australia, including Perth Airport T1 Expansion, Perth Busport, Department of Justice sites, Optus Stadium, and key energy sector facilities for Woodside and Chevron, including their Perth headquarters. Most recently, he led commissioning efforts for the ECU City Campus, Diversified’s largest project in Australia, with a focus on Tier 1 theatre and broadcast systems.
Dylan holds a Cert III in Telecommunications and maintains his Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate accreditation. He is committed to delivering high-quality outcomes, mentoring teams, and advancing commissioning practices in increasingly network-driven environments.
