Federico (Fed) Pancotto is the Head of Sound and Audio Visual at the Sydney Opera House, where he leads the department responsible for delivering world-class sound and AV across one of the world’s most iconic performing arts centres.
With over two decades of experience in technical production and venue operations in Europe and Australia, he spent the last 13 years of his career working across Sydney’s live events industry.
He held senior technical roles at renowned production companies, including AV1, Microhire, and Scene Change.
Fed brings a wide-ranging background spanning leadership, venue technology, event production, and large-scale technical delivery.
