For the first time at Integrate, AVIXA will hold the Tech Crew Challenge. This Challenge will be an all-day event during show time and is aimed at students from secondary schools who have established or are committed to establishing their very own Tech Crew.
The Tech Crew Challenge will provide students with the unique opportunity to get a first glimpse into the exciting world of professional AV, meet manufacturers, experience the latest technology solutions and learn about hot industry trends.
Students from participating schools will attend the networking breakfast, where they will meet Integrate exhibitors and hear inspiring stories told by members of the original Tech Crew from Knox Grammar School.
The day will commence with an introductory breakfast, where the students will be equipped with a Tech Crew passport.
Throughout the day, all students will be required to visit the show floor and education sessions. They must also attend at least two educational sessions at the show, one of which will be presented by AVIXA. On the show floor, the students will visit five booths from a pre-determined list of manufacturers. Proof of visits must be obtained by receiving a stamp per visit on their Tech Crew passport.
The students will be supported by teachers and/or school staff as well as AVIXA staff members. Manufacturers who would like to participate in this event must be an AVIXA enterprise member and/or an Integrate sponsor.
By the end of the day, each student will receive a Tech Crew swag kit, if they have successfully met all requirements.
