In his role, Wiley is responsible for accelerating the adoption of hybrid work solutions, nurturing the growth of a strong partnership ecosystem, and setting the company’s strategy for growth across the region. He also leads the region to ensure Logitech is the most trusted partner in video collaboration & personal workspace solutions in the unified communications and collaboration industry.
With over two decades of experience as a business leader in the Greater China and Asia Pacific region, Wiley has a proven track record of successfully building and leading both mature and start-up businesses and driving transformational change across a diverse business and technological landscape.
As a business leader managing high-performance teams in a multi-cultural and cross-functional environment, Wiley is passionate about talent development. Wiley is also committed to helping customers resolve their business challenges and support them in their digital transformation journey.
Prior to joining Logitech, Wiley held managerial level roles at HP, Agilent Technologies, Amdoc, Ixia, and Nokia Siemens Network, and is highly proficient in high-tech markets such as computer hardware and software, Data Center, Cloud, 5G mobile, IoT, cybersecurity, Test and Measurement, and Visibility solutions.
Wiley holds an Executive MBA at China Europe International Business School, and has a Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He also successfully completed the Stanford-NUS Executive Program in International Management in the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
