Tom is a Senior Risk and Business Continuity Consultant at Business As Usual and advises organisations on how to adapt and reorganise to remain resilient in demanding conditions.

Tom’s background spans Big Four consulting and Big Six legal firms, Commonwealth and State government, private equity, Boards and executive leadership teams.

Tom has held roles as a CFO, COO and Deputy Secretary at organisations including KPMG, Clayton Utz, NSW Treasury, Justice NSW and the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet. He specialises in finance, risk, program delivery, and has experience in cyber strengthening and building organisational resilience.

Tom applues a fresh engaging approach to his work focusing on highly practical outcomes to solve persistent issues for our clients. He brings excellent stakeholder and people management skills to the table and builds trusting and lasting relationships and networks.
