With over a decade of experience in HR, Orla Mallinson joined the AV industry just over two years ago as the Head of People & Culture for Pro AV Solutions. Since joining Pro AV Solutions, Orla has been part of the national HR alignment amongst the regional entities which included launching a national Employee Assistance Program. During her time at Pro AV, she has supported her colleagues and friends through mental health. This became much more prevalent during the pandemic but Orla was able to implement health and well-being initiatives in support of the team’s overall wellbeing during this time. Orla has a genuine interest and care for the people she works with and strives to build strong connections with everyone in the team. Along with the business leaders at Pro AV, Orla believes that creating a workplace where people enjoy coming to work and feel safe, inspired and fulfilled is paramount.
