Nazli Hocaoglu is an Australian legal, governance, and technology executive specialising in AI-driven crowd intelligence, security operations, and ESG leadership. She currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Dynamic Crowd Measurement, an organisation focused on using artificial intelligence, machine learning, and predictive analytics to improve crowd safety, event management, and threat detection in complex public environments. Nazli also holds leadership roles in legal advisory and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) strategy with ACES Group and has contributed to national discussions on crowd safety, resilience, and emerging security technologies. In addition to her corporate leadership, she has served on the board of Australian Red Cross
and has a strong background in human rights law, governance, and youth advocacy.
