Lindsay is a Security Risk and Crisis Management Professional with over 30 years operational experience conducting and leading high risk, high tempo security operations in a wide range of environments including Government (military, police and National Security), mining, resort casinos and online retailing/logistics.

Lindsay has an extensive background in Physical and Technical Security, Risk and Crisis Management. Lindsay holds tertiary qualifications in Telecommunications Engineering, Security Risk Management, Project Management, Tactical and Remote Area First Aid, Investigations, Interview Techniques, Intelligence Collection and Assessment, Workplace Health and Safety, and Workplace Training and Assessment.

Lindsay has also received training from Australian, US and UK Government agencies on a wide variety of operational security capabilities, and is a government qualified Operational Safety Trainer, with instructor level qualifications in firearms, tactical driving, close protection, self-defense, and non-lethal restraint/containment techniques.

Lindsay joined Amazon in 2018 and is currently the Country Manager (Australia and Singapore) for Security and Loss Prevention.

Lindsay lives in Victoria, Australia and is an avid technical diver (cave and deep wreck). Lindsay also enjoys camping, hunting and four-wheel driving.
