Landell is the CEO and Co-Founder of Elypsys, a human centred digital consultancy.
Landell combines her science and technology background with real estate knowledge to develop integrated technology solutions with humans at the centre. She also helps her clients navigate design thinking, lean product principles and agile development to get to their desired solution quickly.
Starting her own digital consultancy, Landell has been given the opportunity to apply all the learnings from previous roles with Australian technology start up and scale up companies, allowing her to create a nimble company with a unique process that meets the needs of her large corporate clients and the ecosystem of partners with which she works. She passionately applies wellness science to her work and clients are able to book meetings where they’ll need to be prepared to walk, run, cycle or stand-up paddle board.
With a science background she loves exploring both hard data and human factors that shape groups within society. Landell believes applying human centred design to the solutions developed is a real game changer. Her focus industries are: real estate, workplace and health. As technology continues to evolve, the focus needs to be on the human element and delivering user experiences for customers, employees and patients. User Experience IS human experience and any technology should complement and enhance the human experience.
