Having spent a career in Local Government, my background has been deeply anchored in the design and delivery of strategically aligned Corporate Services solutions that contribute to defining, building and embedding the desired organisational culture and enhancing organisational performance. This has primarily spanned;

More recently, my work has been focused on Critical Infrastructure, recognising a unique opportunity to bring together strategic risk management, underpinned by change management and cultural transformation. It has provided an opportunity to lead the security of critical infrastructure for the third largest water utility in NSW in a transformative way, building partnerships with other CI owners and embracing a multi-agency effort to ultimately foster economic and social stability for the communities we serve.
