Sydney based Audio Engineer, RF Tech and Project Manager, Jess McCloughan, is passionate about her craft, the industry and helping others achieve their goals.

Throughout the pandemic, from live streaming to large conference settings with an audience, Jess has been adapting to new procedures with how best to mic up a presenter in a covid safe environment.

Starting in the industry in 2012, Jess soon found her groove, and in the later part of 2016 her RF interest and passion really developed. In 2018 she founded The Tech Sisters, which aims to empower, encourage and equip women and LGBTQI+ Members to get into and thrive in the entertainment industry.

With high goals and aspirations for her own career as well as for The Tech Sisters, Jess is focused on excelling in her craft as well as empowering others in the process.
