His broad industry expertise and qualifications have been instrumental in shaping the strategic direction and growth of the organisations he supports.
Andrew is a strong advocate for innovation in crowd science and pedestrian management, specialising in the complex relationships among crowd density, flow, and human behaviour. Drawing on his PHD research into emergent crowd behaviour, he has helped advance contemporary crowd management methodologies and risk-based approaches for large-scale events and public environments.
He has extensive experience in risk, safety, and security strategy as a consultant, with a strong reputation for applying risk management principles to public facilities and mass-gathering environments. His expertise includes security operations, threat behaviour analysis, operational logistics and risk assessment methodologies, which he oversees for ACESGroup.
