Public service executive with more than 10 years’ experience leading the development and delivery of regulatory programs for high-risk industries.

Responsible for leading 70+ staff to ensure the effective regulation of the security, commercial agent and private investigation industries in NSW, and to provide probity assessment services to other agencies to support the regulation of tattoo parlours, combats sports, explosives and other industries susceptible to criminal infiltration. Functional responsibilities include service delivery, stakeholder engagement and education, licence processing and adjudication, compliance monitoring and enforcement, and industry competence development and assurance.
