project delivery, Brook is recognised as one of the Asia-Pacific’s preeminent smart city practitioners.
Brook is the former president of the
Australian Smart Communities Association, where he worked with members to improve smart tech capacity, investment and results.
As a Churchill Fellow, Brook has visited and studied the drivers of digital transformation in Asia, Europe and the Americas.
Brook is also an experienced economist, public-sector executive, public speaker, change manager, and policy analyst.
