Speaker Profile

Andrew leads GHD Advisory’s practice in critical infrastructure and national security. He delivers strategic technical policy advice, business case and critical infrastructure security advice on projects requiring complex engagement across multiple levels of government, utilities and with the private sector. His experience includes strategic vulnerability assessments in the energy and water sectors, the development of sovereign critical minerals capability, improving national supply chain resilience, and supporting the development of the Australian maritime strategic fleet. Andrew has lectured at the National Security College, Canberra, has presented at and been accepted to major conferences on matters of critical infrastructure protection, including at OzWater ’24 in Melbourne.
