In this extraordinary time for business, supply chain is operating in an extremely dynamic environment. The scale of the impact from Covid 19 eclipses most supply chain challenges seen before. Responding to this challenge, has highlighted the need to adopt agile ways of working to cope with uncertainty. In this panel discussion, we address the challenges and issues that the AV industry is faced with and the future outlook. We discuss how the challenge impacts businesses and designs, and in turn, changes thinking and operational needs.
