Yealink is a leading provider of video conferencing and collaboration solutions for Microsoft Teams, offering a range of devices that cover all meeting room sizes and scenarios. In this breakout session, Dawson Cai, Head of Product for Microsoft Device Solutions from Yealink, will talk about the security of their portfolio of Teams Rooms solutions with specific focus on their Teams Rooms on Android range and how they ensure the protection of data and privacy for end users. Topic coverage will include security features and standards that Yealink devices support i.e. encryption, authentication, compliance, plus best practices and tips for securing your Teams Rooms devices such as; firmware updates, management, alerting and configuring security settings. Microsoft Australia's , Agus Rachman will provide a high level overlay of the security posture of Microsoft Office365 including Teams and will share resources that partners can direct customer's too. Agus will highlight the areas in which Australia and New Zealand customers are most exposed in today's climate and convey how customers can best address their security weaknesses. At the end of this session, attendees should be well versed on dispelling any security concerns that customers have with running Teams Rooms on Android solutions in their environments.
