Defending Ukraine: Lessons from the Hybrid War

While it has been recognised for some time that cyber is the fifth domain of warfare alongside air, sea, land, and space. The Russian/Ukraine conflict has brought to the forefront the importance of cyber operations in modern day warfare, be that destructive cyber-attacks, cyber espionage or cyber influence operations. In this session, Mark will provide an overview of the observations and lessons learnt from Microsoft’s engagement in the grey-zone of the conflict.
