This one-day event will be an invite-only showcase with a simple move in – move out so that you are able to focus on meeting and connecting with personalised, pre-qualified visitors, in a relaxed, engaging setting.
In addition to the main Sydney event, participating at Integrate Industry Forum offers you a unique opportunity to give your brand exclusive exposure to Victoria’s key AV buyers and influencers, and maintain your brand presence in this market year-round. Selected channel end users, commercial integrators and consultants representing the key industry verticals will be invited to attend this exclusive event to give you the best possible chance to connect with only the most meaningful industry buyers.
What will the event look like?
This event is not like your usual Integrate. The Forum is designed to allow a limited number of key brands to connect with Integrate’s most influential and hard-to-reach AV community. The day will include a number of speaker presentations and designated times for visitors to meet with each sponsor, followed by a cocktail function at the end of the day, to give you the opportunity to network with fellow sponsors and visitors. A light lunch will also be provided for sponsors to ensure you make the most out of your time at the event.
The aim of this event is to take the hassle out of organising stand builds and product displays so that all you have to do is simply turn up on the day with your own sales collateral, brochures and a few smaller examples of your products.
All stands will be uniformly set up as an 18sqm (6mx3m) open stand design. Your stand package will include everything you need on the day including company branding (artwork provided by client), flooring, power, LED strip lighting, TV screen, cupboard, bar table and stools, three ottoman cushions and a coffee table.

About the venue
Goldfields is part of the new exhibition space at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, positioned in South Wharf right along the Yarra River.
This event space offers more flexibility for innovation on the show floor, and will help create a more conducive atmosphere for meaningful conversations on and off your stand.
